Bookings and Appointments
1.1Your appointment is subject to availability. All bookings need to be confirmed by reply SMS or phone call. Please make sure that your contact number is accurate to avoid delays.
1.2 Rescheduling or cancellation of bookings must be provided at least 24 hours notice and be confirmed by one of our staff.
1.3 An appointment no show without communication to us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur fees as outlined in clause 1.5.
1.4 In the event that clause 1.2 is not met we will be entitled to the following:
(a) charge a $50 cancellation fee.
(b) we may not accept any future bookings without receiving a prepaid deposit for the full fee of the appointment.
1.5 Appointment no shows will incur fees of $75 per hour for the length of the appointment booking. For colonics a no show fee of the appointment cost will be incurred.
1.6 If you are running more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it may be rescheduled by us, or cancelled. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We appreciate a courtesy phone call if you are delayed. If your appointment has to be cancelled by us, any prepayment will be forfeited or fees may be incurred as outlined in clause 1.5.
1.7 Online appointments are only for dates more than 24 hours away. If you need an urgent appointment with us (less than 24 hours), please call us at (08) 9389 9022.
At SKYN we understand people get busy and from time to time, emergencies come up and plans change that make keeping your scheduled appointment impossible.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment so we can have time to offer your appointment to someone else.
Please note, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for Saturday appointments for the $100 or $75 deposit to be refunded. Less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. These fees are non-transferable to another appointment, treatment or person(s).
SKYN operates a “three strikes” policy for missed appointments. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointments or provide us with a late cancellation or late rescheduling of your appointment (late: indicating notice falling within 24 hours prior to your appointment) three times then we will ask you to please pre-pay for any future sessions.
If you cancel or reschedule without appropriate warning or fail to attend any pre-paid session you agree to relinquish this prepaid amount. We believe this is a fair method of managing any late cancellations for both parties and only penalizes repeat offenders.
SKYN has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
- Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
- In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.
- Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable.
