Our Talent invests time in your face-to-face consultation to ensure you receive the correct treatment for your individual needs. They will give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

Our highly skilled and experienced team will address your skin concerns with specially tailored treatment programs, designed just for you. We are all about education, budget, expectations and making sure clients are fully aligned with the treatment plan.

What questions should I ask in my consultation?

Having a cosmetic treatment can be daunting, so we have prepared a comprehensive a guide to what you should ask in your consultation here.


All New clients or existing clients that have not been treated within the past 12 months, require a consultation

Consultations are $75 and must be paid in full prior to your appointment. Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-redeemable on treatments or products.

Any treatments will be an additional charge on the day.

For existing Clients that require a consultation within the 12 months, the $75 consultation fee will be deducted from the treatment, however the consultation fee must be paid in full prior to your appointment.

15 minute reviews are complimentary up to three weeks post treatment and will typically be scheduled at the conclusion of your treatment. After 3 weeks a $100 non refundable and non redeemable fee will apply.

Yes. All clients can book in for a Consultation + Treatment on the day unless otherwise stated. Some medical treatments require a stand alone consultation and treatment cannot be performed on the same day.

A deposit is required to secure bookings for all treatments.

  • New Clients: Bookings for treatments: $100 Deposit Required ($75 consultation fee + $25 credited towards your treatment on the day).
  • Current clients: Bookings for treatments: $100 Deposit Required ($100 credited towards your treatment on the day).
  • Bookings for treatments over 60 minutes: $100 or % of Treatment Deposit may be Required.

As medical products and consumable orders are made according to bookings, appointment deposits for treatments are non-refundable.

48 hours notice is required for any changes to your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment and give 48 hours notice, the deposit will be held for your new appointment. Rescheduled deposits will remain as a credit on your account for a maximum of 6 months. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
