LASER EYEBROW TATTOO REMOVAL

A laser emits short pulses of light energy into your tattoo. The ink particles in your skin absorb the wavelengths of the laser and shatter the ink particles.

With each treatment, the ink particles break down further and further until they are gone.

Laser tattoo removal can be uncomfortable. Some clients liken the tattoo removal process to the feeling of rubber bands being rolled over the skin. It is not required, although if you are concerned about discomfort, local numbing agents such as topical anaesthetics can be used.

The number of treatments required will be specific to your tattoo and vary from person to person.

Laser tattoo removal takes 5-10 sessions performed at roughly 4-8 week intervals, however, eyebrow tattoo removal typically takes fewer sessions than other tattoos because the inks are different than traditional tattoo inks.

Tattoo removal results are case relevant and depend on ink type, size, colour and age of your tattoo.

All eyebrow tattoos will significantly fade following treatment. Results can usually be seen as early as the first treatment.

It’s a much quicker process having a tattoo removed than having one inked on.

Eyebrow tattoo removal is a simple and safe procedure. While some people fear that the proximity to the eyes makes laser tattoo removal of cosmetic tattoos dangerous or unsafe, it is a mandatory protocol at SKYN that all clients wear protective eyewear to provide proper protection.

Any hair loss resulting from laser tattoo removal treatment is temporary. Your eyebrow hair is likely to turn white following the treatment because the laser removes the pigment. Whitening is perfectly natural and is not permanent.

If you got a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo to conceal the appearance of hair loss, the area being treated will remain hairless once the tattoo has been removed.
